About the Role
We're looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations to bring operational excellence to a fast-paced and collaborative marketing organization. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our strategic marketing efforts are executed and tracked effectively, our teams stay aligned, and our marketing investments are driving impact.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at building systems with strategy, execution, and operational excellence—and loves partnering cross-functionally to make things happen.

What You'll Do

Data & Workflow Creation

  • In partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Operations, design automated marketing workflows across Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, Ad and other GTM platforms
  • Ensure marketing performance data flows reliably across systems
  • Automate repetitive reporting and operational processes in collaboration with Revenue Operations
  • Develop scalable automation frameworks for marketing programs
  • Create forms, workflows, and campaigns for comprehensive performance tracking across all marketing channels.

Marketing Systems Optimization

  • Monitor system performance, quickly identify and partner in resolving software/process/integration problems while providing regular system performance trend reports.
  • Build and optimize the systems required for sophisticated outbound reach, ensuring high deliverability and seamless integration with our CRM and ADR/Sales teams.
  • Support improvements across marketing systems and platform workflows to allow further insight into the marketing funnel, channel ROI, and trends.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and other teams to align enrichment and automation with broader system architecture to ensure data quality and data flows across systems
  • Maintain operational integrity and scalability of automated workflows
  • Ongoing optimization of the marketing software budget by managing licenses, usage, and value for investment ensuring spending is aligned with strategy and objectives

Email & Lifecycle management

  • Define segmentation and size audiences in partnership with Demand Generation & Customer Marketing using product and CRM data to prioritize highest-impact opportunities
  • Own email lifecycle strategy and execution across email nurture campaigns in partnership with demand generation to drive onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion
  • Map and maintain end-to-end customer journeys, identifying key moments, gaps, and opportunities for impact
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, etc while monitoring best practices within marketing operations

Operational Projects

  • Lead operational initiatives that improve marketing systems, workflows, and processes in deep partnership with Revenue Operations
  • Develop clear project plans and coordinate stakeholders across teams
  • Ensure cross-functional projects remain aligned and on track

Marketing - Sales Process Improvement

  • Partner with internal teams to automate repetitive marketing processes
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements
  • Design repeatable workflows and playbooks that improve consistency and efficiency
  • Support teams in adopting new tools, automation, or operational processes

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with deep experience in building scalable marketing system architectures and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, Gong, Zoominfo or comparable systems
  • Experience implementing automation and operational improvements
  • Strong systems thinking and workflow design capabilities
  • Experience eliminating manual work through automation or process redesign
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to translate loosely defined operational challenges into scalable solutions
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
