The Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle HR support to assigned lines of business. They oversee the operational management of the HR Business Partner team, ensuring effective delivery of HR solutions that align with organizational goals and support business unit success. The role is critical in executing HR initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvements within assigned lines of business.

Partnering closely with the HR Director, this leader helps drive strategic HR initiatives, champions best practices, and ensures that HR programs are implemented consistently and effectively across the organization. The HR Manager also extends HR leadership and partnership to the organization’s CUSO technology company, ensuring alignment and excellence across all entities.

What you will do here:

Operational Leadership

Provide direct operational management and mentorship to the HR Business Partner team, ensuring consistent service delivery and professional development

Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Support HRBPs in managing coplex employee relations matters and organizational change initiatives

Strategic Partnership & Program Support

Collaborate with the HR Director to execute HR strategic initiatives and organizational development priorities.

Support implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that drive employee engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness.

Contribute to enterprise-level projects including workforce planning, talent development, compensation strategy, and culture initiatives.

Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new HR programs and processes

Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic solutions

Provide one-on-one coaching to organizational leaders and senior executives to enhance leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and strategic thinking.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to assess workforce design and workforce readiness for future growth and transformation.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.

Analyze current and future workforce needs, skills gaps, and emerging market trends to inform decision-making.

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute succession plans for key leadership positions.

Identify high-potential talent and develop strategies for building organizational bench strength.

Employee Relations:

Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution

Partner with leaders to build organizational capability and strengthen people management skills

Support culture-building initiatives that reinforce organizational values and drive engagement

Facilitate organizational effectiveness interventions such as team development, restructuring, and leadership transitions

Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes

Lead high level internal investigations.

What you will need:

Bachelor's degree of Business, Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related field required.

Master's degree of Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related field preferred.

7+ years of HR experience with in-depth knowledge of organizational development, talent management, performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, change management, and employee relations required.

Strategic thinker with analytical capability to interpret data and shape workforce strategies required.

Excellent business and financial acumen required.

Ability to manage complex projects and balance strategic and operational priorities required.

Proven experience in HR consulting, executive coaching, and strategic workforce planning required.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills required.

Excellent influencing skills required.

Strong emotional intelligence with excellent collaboration and relationship building skills to establish early and lasting trust, credibility, and rapport throughout the organization required.

Demonstrated expertise in change management, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.. Adaptability and agility in complex environments required.
