Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing, multi-specialty dental practice aligned with our core values.
  • Create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every touchpoint.
  • Drive and consistently achieve production and collection goals.
  • Train, coach, and develop staff and doctors to maximize performance.
  • Oversee insurance processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with marketing and community outreach to increase patient flow.
  • Maintain systems, structure, and accountability across the office.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of dental office experience.
  • Previous experience managing a corporate dental office (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Must speak Spanish.
