Your Purpose as a Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey while developing the leadership, sales, and business skills needed for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process using a consultative, customer-focused Lexus sales approach.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional Lexus service and creating a positive buying experience.
  • Conduct vehicle Lexus presentations and test drives that effectively communicate vehicle features, benefits, and value.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Lexus vehicle inventory, manufacturer programs, and industry trends to confidently assist customers.
  • Complete and process all sales-related documentation accurately while ensuring compliance with dealership, state, and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals while developing the skills necessary for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
