The Director of Community Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage the community in the organization's mission and goals. This position will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for community involvement and develop programs to increase engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage the community in the organization's mission and goals
  • Identify opportunities for community involvement and develop programs to increase engagement
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure community engagement aligns with the organization's overall strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets for community engagement programs
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of community engagement programs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and volunteers involved in community engagement activities
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in community engagement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in community engagement or a related field
