The Office Assistant will provide vital support to the Office of Admissions by undertaking various administrative and office-related tasks. This position requires a student who is organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, committed to maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment, and discreet in handling sensitive information.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions with recording and organizing information.
  • Greet visitors and check in guests for campus tours.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in packaging materials for recruitment travel and maintaining inventory in the supply room.
  • Support other office duties as assigned.
