Seeking seasoned leader to manage a software engineering team for NVIDIA DGX Cloud Kubernetes (DGXC-K8s) organization, supporting internal and external clients. Be part of a groundbreaking team excelling in AI and cloud computing! We are building a world-class GPU cloud using the latest NVIDIA technologies, and built on top of Kubernetes. You will gain hands‑on experience operating a platform that is on the forefront of emerging AI needs!

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Partner with multiple internal teams to gather requirements, provide feedback to engineering teams, and develop solutions to aid in their success
  • Develop, guide, and supervise a team of engineers to educate partner teams on standard methodologies for cloud‑based solutions
  • Gain a deep understanding of how NVIDIA develops across multiple verticals, including autonomous vehicles, chip manufacturing, hardware design, and AI
  • Present to internal partners and NVIDIA leadership on roadmaps, vision, and demos
  • Participate in open‑source communities of software we use and build
What We Need To See?
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related areas (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ overall years of experience in designing and building distributed software systems
  • 4+ years of experience in leading a team of engineers with varying talents across organizations
  • Strong ability to write code in mainstream systems programming languages such as Golang, Java, C, C++, or Rust
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement maintainable APIs for consumers
  • Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling
  • Understanding of underlying Linux Kernel scheduling, memory management, and networking subsystems
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and DevOps scripting/tooling
  • Container orchestration experience (containerd, CRI-O, Docker)
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management approaches and the ability to reach cross‑functional consensus while dealing with ambiguity

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 3, and 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
