Pest & Wildlife Management Specialist (Experienced or Will Train)

Job Summary

Bugman Pest Control & Wildlife is hiring a Pest & Wildlife Management Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on solving real pest problems, building customer relationships, and delivering high-level service across residential, commercial, and industrial accounts.
We are actively seeking experienced pest control professionals who want more autonomy, better earning potential, and the opportunity to expand into advanced services like wildlife control and exclusion.
No experience? We will train the right person with the work ethic and mindset to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
This is not a “spray and go” job—this is a skilled trade with real upside.
What You’ll Do

  • Perform detailed inspections and develop treatment plans for insects, rodents, and wildlife
  • Deliver services across residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Execute pest control treatments using industry best practices and IPM principles
  • Identify entry points and contribute to exclusion and long-term prevention strategies
  • Operate and maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings, treatments, and recommendations
  • Document all services accurately, including materials used and conditions found
  • Work independently, managing your route and schedule with minimal supervision
  • Continuously improve through training in advanced pest control and wildlife techniques
What We’re Looking For

  • Pest control experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High level of accountability and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, heights, and less-than-ideal conditions
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Safety-focused approach at all times
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay + production incentives
  • First-year earning potential: $50,000+ (higher for experienced technicians)
  • Medical Insurance
  • Company-provided truck, equipment, and materials
  • Paid training and certification support
  • Opportunities to grow into advanced services (wildlife, exclusion, commercial accounts)
  • Clear path for advancement within a growing company
Why Bugman Pest Control & Wildlife?

We’re not a corporate operation—we’re a family-owned company backed by a larger organization with real resources, systems, and growth plans.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Build a route you own
  • Increase your income through performance
  • Learn higher-value services most companies don’t offer
  • Be part of a team that is actively growing through expansion and acquisition
