We are seeking a leader for our storage environment.  <\/span>The ideal candidate is well versed in management of team members and critical physical infrastructure, storage and operations.  <\/span>You will lead a team that ensures smooth, reliable hardware operations across multiple business sectors while focusing on dedicated infrastructure solutions. Your leadership will guide these teams in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our infrastructure to meet business and storage requirements.<\/span>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining and optimizing physical storage infrastructure.<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support lifecycle management<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support project\-based tasks in a global environment<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and manage a team focused on supporting key storage infrastructure, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth hardware operations.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Seven years' experience leading teams focused on physical storage infrastructure support, operations and incident resolution.<\/span><\/a>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience supporting IBM, Dell, and NetApp storage solutions<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience Supporting Broadcom Brocade switches and directors<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of Linux \/ Unix environments and basic networking.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of server hardware, configuration, and troubleshooting.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non\-technical teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong organizational and project management skills.<\/span><\/span>
