What we are looking for: 
  • Experience in senior care of healthcare management is highly desirable.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families
  • Speak, read, write, and comprehend English
  • Three years management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home health care.
What you will be doing: 
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for seniors based on their specific needs
  • Supervise and train caregiving staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust accordingly
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and families to provide comprehensive support. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care activities
  • Assist with caregiver recruitment 
  • Assist with scheduling
  • Prepare updates to policies and procedures as directed
  • Quarterly client supervisions
  • Monitor supply needs and ensures availability of necessary supplies
  • Assist with the billing process, including data entry
  • Assist with internal and external marketing
