Job description

We are seeking an experienced Network Lead to provide technical leadership and operational support for large-scale enterprise network environments. The role will focus on network operations, major incident management, infrastructure modernization, lifecycle management, and emerging AI-enabled NetOps capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead major incidents, escalations, and service restoration for enterprise network services.
  • Provide advanced L2/L3 support for LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and firewall technologies.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, delivery teams, and offshore support organizations.
  • Coordinate with ISPs, carriers, OEMs, and third-party vendors for issue resolution and TAC support.
  • Lead network refresh, EOL/EOS remediation, lifecycle management, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Review EOL/EOS device inventories and recommend technology refresh and replacement plans.
  • Coordinate site network upgrades, deployments, migrations, and implementation activities.
  • Drive root cause analysis, trend analysis, proactive monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain network documentation, runbooks, CMDB data, and knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in operational reviews, service reviews, and leadership discussions.
  • Monitor network environments using SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Cisco, and other enterprise monitoring platforms.
  • Support event correlation, alert tuning, capacity monitoring, and proactive issue identification.
  • Partner with automation teams to implement AI-enabled NetOps, self-healing, and network automation capabilities.
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve network reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.
Required Technical Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering and Operations.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise networks with 200+ sites.
  • Strong expertise in:
