You'll take center stage in our mission, shining the spotlight on our hospice services in the local areas.

Compensation Spotlight: This role offers a competitive pay range of $90,000 to $140,000 annually, including commission – because stars deserve to shine and be rewarded.

Setting the Scene: As our Community Relations Star, you'll scout new business territories, forge key alliances, and direct a stellar sales and marketing strategy to illuminate our world-class hospice services in the community. Guided by your constellation of relationships with potential referral sources - physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, you'll navigate us towards new business opportunities and raise awareness of Inspire Hospice's incredible programs.

Your Star Qualities:

  • College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus. 

  • Previous healthcare experience is required. 

  • Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through. 

  • Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families. 

  • Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software.
