Job Description:
Anakim Consulting Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager to support projects and performance in a cloud services environment. Qualified candidates will have experience overseeing task orders following disciplined project management practices. Prior experience with NASA Procedural Requirements and NASA Policy Directives for project management and risk management is required for consideration. This position is supporting future hiring needs and contingent upon funding approval. We anticipate a start date in Spring 2026.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Cloud Services Office for planning, coordinating, and executing cloud services activities and initiatives across engineering, operations, security, finance, and governance teams.
  • Responsible for managing scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies for cloud modernization, consolidation, and service delivery efforts
  • Ensure initiatives are executed in a controlled, transparent manner and that progress, risks, and decisions are clearly communicated to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Plan and manage cloud services initiatives including consolidation, modernization, onboarding, and service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies for cloud-related efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud engineering, operations, security, architecture, FinOps, and customer stakeholders.
  • Track and manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and assumptions (RAID)
  • Ensure project activities align with cloud standards, security requirements, and approved architecture.
  • Support transition planning from project delivery into steady-state cloud operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management practices within the Cloud Services Office
