You will own animation across the website, in-product UI, social, and product launch content — translating static design into motion that feels native to the Hooked brand.This is a hands-on creative role with a high degree of ownership and a tight feedback loop with marketing, product, and engineering.## What You'll Do* Design and produce motion across web, product UI, social, and ads* Build a reusable motion language consistent with the Hooked brand* Animate dashboard interactions, AI moments, and feature launches* Partner with product designers to spec and prototype micro-interactions* Lead motion for product launches, demo videos, and event content* Maintain a library of motion components, templates, and source files## What We're Looking For* 4+ years of motion design experience, ideally for SaaS or tech brands* Expert in After Effects; strong with Figma, Lottie, and modern web motion tools* A portfolio that shows taste, technical chops, and a clear point of view* Comfortable working from product and brand briefs, not pixel-perfect comps* Strong sense of timing, easing, and visual rhythm## Nice to Have* Experience with 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender) or generative tools* Familiarity with web motion libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Rive)* Background in product design or visual design## Why This Role* Define how the Hooked brand moves* Visible work across the homepage, product, and launches* Tight collaboration with product, brand, and marketing leadershipApply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
