About the Position: Incumbent serves as the principal staff advisor to the District Commander, Corporate Board, and district staff principles on matters relating to civilian workforce management.
This position is eligible for situational telework only. This is NOT a Full-Time telework position.Qualifications:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1. Advising and leading teams in a matrix organization on workforce management functions, including procedural and policy matters related to staffing, personnel actions, and/or organizational needs; 2. Supervising employees, providing guidance on performance management, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives; and 3. Communicating effectively with senior leadership and/or other personnel regarding staffing requirements, personnel actions, and/or organizational changes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
