Job description

Midstream is an AI-native financial operating system for health systems, founded by experienced entrepreneurs and backed by top-tier investors. We give finance, supply chain, and managed care teams real-time visibility into where margin is at risk, with a precise action plan for capturing it before it's gone.
Purpose-built for healthcare's complexity, Midstream transforms structured, unstructured, and external data into instant, contract-aware insights that drive smarter decisions. Our AI agents unify spend and revenue operations across the full back-office, learning and adapting with every interaction and delivering always-on intelligence that no point solution or one-off engagement can match.
We're compressing months to minutes and turning post-period hindsight into in-the-moment foresight. The tempo of healthcare finance is changing, and Midstream is leading it.
Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define how Midstream's product and technology are understood in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating Midstream's platform and AI-enabled capabilities into clear narratives for healthcare financial and operational leaders. You will shape Midstream's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), product positioning, and messaging, ensuring both internal teams and external audiences understand how Midstream improves financial operations and reduces administrative complexity.
You will also help the market understand how agentic AI systems operate within healthcare workflows, translating complex technology into clear operational and financial outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Partner with Product, Sales, and leadership to define Midstream's ICP, buyer personas, and key financial and operational pain points.
Own product positioning and messaging
Develop the core product narrative, value proposition, and differentiation strategy.
Build sales enablement
Create the materials that support enterprise sales conversations, including product one-pagers, solution briefs, messaging frameworks, and competitive insights.
Translate product capabilities into clear storytelling
Develop narratives and visuals that explain how Midstream's platform and AI agents operate within financial and operational workflows.
Support product launches
Partner with Product and Marketing to introduce new capabilities with clear messaging, sales readiness, and customer-facing materials.
Who you are
A product storyteller
You translate complex technology into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.
Experienced in B2B product marketing
You've built positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for software products in partnership with Product and Sales.
Comfortable with technical products
You can clearly explain platforms involving AI, automation, or complex workflows.
A hands-on builder
You're comfortable producing high-quality materials while helping shape the broader go-to-market narrative.
