Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations.

  • Support and improve HSE programs, policies, and ISO 45001 management systems.

  • Lead and coordinate safety training, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

  • Investigate incidents and help implement preventive solutions.

  • Monitor environmental compliance, including air, wastewater, and regulatory reporting.

  • Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, identifying hazards and promoting safe work practices.

  • Track HSE performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, and leadership to strengthen workplace safety.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related technical field preferred.

  • 3+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing, food, chemical, or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and environmental regulations.

  • Experience with audits, incident investigations, safety training, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
