They will run feasibility studies for new sales Opportunities, understand the regulatory landscape across the US for on-site generation projects, utility rate structures, distributed generation incentives, compliance requirements and develop cost vs benefit analysis for new opportunities.**Specific Responsibilities:*** Generate Feasibility studies alongside Sales Team* Utilize and develop new Sizing models for projects* Calculating Levelized cost of energy (LCOE) for Distributed energy systems* Putting together Return on Investment (ROI) and Internal rate of return (IRR) for projects* Liaise with other departments to help put up front sales documents together* Support Sales team with prospective and existing customers to help develop new potential projects, promote and build understanding of the Clarke Energy offer, and how this differentiates the company from its competitors and establish strong relationships to become a valued technical & commercial resource to the sales team.* Respond to customer enquiries, ensuring that responses are accurate and timely.* Manage and support US pipeline* Manage the preparation of customer focused technical and feasibility reports and other documentation, liaising and working with other internal functions as necessary.* Manage, organize and update customer records electronically(salesforce) and in hard copy files in the correct format required by the internal processes.* Undertake research and provide market, competitor, and regulatory feedback to the Marketing function.* Provide input to the order forecast, budget and sales and marketing plan.* Attend conferences and exhibitions when required* In line with product decision, determine the key objectives and possible options to be covered in the proposal, coordinating the supply of the necessary information, organizing the various estimates, and defining the scope of supply.* Work in partnership with Proposals, Engineering, Commercial and Projectโ€™s teams, as appropriate in order to evaluate technical risk and commercial terms.* Aid the proposals team with preparing RFQโ€™s for suppliers/subcontractors against specs and T&Cโ€™s.* Monitor progress and status of proposals, maintaining accurate records.* If required, attend site for technical and layout surveys assessing feasibility of project delivery as well as determining all mechanical and electrical integration elements.* Arrange regular Work in Progress meetings with the Proposals team, taking action items, as necessary to ensure that all activity is on target in terms of quality and timescales.* Support and assist in the Sales stage of a project taking responsibility for ensuring that conceptual design and tender preparation documents are provided in accordance with the required timescales and quality standards.* Utilize Salesforce in a timely fashion for opportunity tracking and Management reporting**Requirements:*** Degree in Engineering (or similar technical subject) from a recognized institution (alternative higher education certificates may be considered where supported by relevant industrial experience).* Good understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering.* Good understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.* Good IT skills โ€“ Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.* Willingness to extensively travel throughout the USA.*Important Notice: This position is primarily remote. However, if you reside within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site, you may be required to work onsite at least 2-3 business days per week.**Rehlko hires candidates only in states where we have an established business presence.
