Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily bar activities, manage staff, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your leadership will drive the success of our bar by combining culinary expertise, excellent customer service, and efficient management practices. Duties
  • Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead staff training and development to uphold high standards of customer service, food safety, and product knowledge
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
  • Oversee POS systems such as Clover POS to ensure accurate transactions and cash handling procedures
  • Coordinate shift schedules, supervise team members, and handle interviewing and onboarding of new staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations
  • Develop creative drink menus, oversee food preparation related to bar service, and ensure quality standards are met
Experience
  • Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on bar or beverage operations
  • Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within hospitality settings
  • Demonstrated supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant management role with team management responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover POS; experience with cash handling is essential
  • Experience working in fine dining or casual dining establishments; banquet or catering experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with kitchen management, food safety protocols, and food production processes
  • Skilled in staff training & development, budgeting, shift management, and customer service excellence
  • Spanish is a plus
