Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead domestic and international field service operations. This role combines hands-on mechanical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing teams, vendors, and customer escalations, while ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery for global clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage field service teams across multiple regions
  • Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and escalations
  • Own SOPs, service quality, EH&S, and performance metrics
  • Serve as senior point of contact for key clients and service issues
  • Manage and negotiate with third-party service vendors and contractors
  • Drive process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Sales teams
  • Travel domestically and internationally (10–30%)

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in field service operations
