Anchor Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position is tailored for an experienced professional who is adept in providing direct psychological services to adult patients, specifically those struggling with chronic pain and related emotional stressors. The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients in an outpatient pain clinic, identifying their needs related to chronic pain and mental health.
• Facilitate weekly psychoeducational group sessions designed to empower patients with coping strategies and improve their emotional well-being.
• Provide individual therapy tailored to the specific needs of adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or pain-related issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the clinical progress of individuals participating in the Functional Restoration Program (FRP), adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Develop thoughtful assessment and treatment plans informed by best practices in pain psychology and cognitive-behavioral interventions.
• Create detailed documentation of all client interactions and therapy sessions within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refer clients to complementary therapeutic modalities within the clinic, enhancing patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of adult clients who primarily present with conditions stemming from work-related injuries. Our patient population often suffers from chronic pain and associated psychological distress, including anxiety and depression. Your work will be instrumental in providing these individuals with the tools and strategies necessary for navigating their recovery process.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active California License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-oriented interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic services to patients with chronic pain conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working within a community health setting or integrated therapeutic modality approach.
• Familiarity with trauma-focused therapy and the management of patients experiencing psychological trauma related to physical pain.
