Location: Chicago, IL - Remote || Locals are preferred but even Non-locals would work

Need strong HighQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deployment and customization of HighQ instances (sites, iSheets, workflows, permissions, and automation), HighQ (configuration, administration, and customization), Design and build HighQ dashboards, document automation, contract management workflows, data visualizations, data structuring within HighQ (iSheets, metadata, etc.) Exp.

  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced HighQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of the HighQ platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of HighQ and will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive digital transformation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the organization’s primary expert on the HighQ platform.
    • Lead the deployment and customization of HighQ instances, including sites, iSheets, workflows, permissions, and automation.
    • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective HighQ solutions.
    • Design and build HighQ dashboards, document automation, contract management workflows, and data visualizations.
    • Train and support end-users on platform functionality, ensuring high user adoption.
    • Troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and coordinate with HighQ support or vendors as needed.
