We're looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activities Director to lead our dynamic LIFE program for our residents at Mountain Lakes Estates. In this role, you'll create engaging experiences that inspire connection, promote wellness, and make our community a place residents are proud to call home.


Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead a variety of social, recreational, educational, wellness, and cultural programs.
  • Organize special events, entertainment, holiday celebrations, and community outings.
  • Build relationships with residents and develop activities that reflect their interests.
  • Coordinate with vendors, and community partners.
  • Promote events through calendars, newsletters, and resident communications.
  • Manage the activities budget, supplies, and program schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create an exceptional resident experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in activities programming, recreation, event planning, hospitality, or senior living.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
  • Availability for nights and weekends as needed.
