Position Summary

As Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) Manager, you will coordinate all Nestle Continuous Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives and pillar activities as you act as the site champion and contact for stakeholders. Play a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies to drive profitability through analysis of costs and losses. You will ensure that our processes enable top-line growth and improve manufacturing asset intensity through the reduction of manufacturing losses.

  • Define and communicate continuous improvement plans across the facility
  • Monitor and coordinate the execution of Nestle Continuous Excellence plans
  • Manage Manufacturing Excellence Department organization including allocation of various roles and responsibilities
  • Implement Nestle Continuous Excellence methodology across teams and processes including training, coaching and assessment
  • Support development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies and routines with the market

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Total Performance Management (TPM) and/or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing or related environment
  • 1+ year of experience supervising or managing a team in a manufacturing, military or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,780 - $157,890 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
