Surplus Lines Client Accounts Manager โ€“ Commercial Insurance Office (Non-Sales Role)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our surplus lines commercial insurance office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and delivers excellent customer service. This is a non-sales position with no production quotas.

Key Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel needed)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with surplus lines policy renewals
  • Provide timely, accurate service to agents and clients
  • Support underwriting and account management teams
  • Maintain organized and accurate policy and client files
  • Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal departments
