Summary

As a Director in our Retail & CPG portfolio, you will lead and deliver complex transformation programs while supporting business development and account growth across retail environments. You will bring a strong mix of delivery leadership and commercial acumen, helping clients modernize operating models, improve performance across store and digital channels, and drive end-to-end transformation across merchandising, planning, and back‑office functions. This role blends hands‑on client delivery with opportunity shaping and relationship development within large, matrixed retail organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale transformation programs across retail and consumer environments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving alignment and execution across complex organizations.
  • Manage delivery teams and oversee multiple workstreams to ensure high‑quality outcomes and measurable impact.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying, shaping, and converting new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Drive transformation across retail operating models, including merchandising, planning, store operations, and supporting back‑office functions.
  • Build strong relationships within complex, matrixed retail organizations to enable long‑term account growth.
  • Contribute to proposals, solution design, and pursuit activities in partnership with senior leaders.
Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years of consulting, advisory, professional services, or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in retail transformation, digital enablement, and operating model change.
  • Strong capability across retail front and back‑office functions, including merchandising and planning.
  • Demonstrated success in both delivery leadership and business development (“hunter” mindset preferred).
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed retail organizations with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to supply chain or end‑to‑end retail value chain transformation is a plus.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Track record of leading teams, managing engagements, and delivering measurable business results.
