Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Managed Services Coordinator II to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

Managed Services Coordinator II is an advanced professional responsible for leading the delivery of complex, multisite, and multiproduct managed service deployments. This position serves as a senior operational authority within the Managed Services team, providing elevated technical interpretation, project leadership, and customer engagement throughout the full lifecycle of service delivery.

The Managed Services Coordinator II independently manages highvisibility customer deployments, interprets advanced engineering documentation, and drives crossfunctional teams to meet aggressive delivery timelines. This role exercises significant autonomy in decisionmaking, risk mitigation, and escalation management. Managed Services Coordinator II also contributes to process improvement initiatives and serves as a mentor for the team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, service delivery, project coordination, or technical customer support

Key Competencies

  • Working knowledge of VoIP, LAN/WAN network switching/routing equipment (Adtran, Cisco Meraki), and CPE troubleshooting
  • Independent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting across multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills, including advanced technical discovery discussions

Salary Range: $55,230 - $65,000
