No experience? No problem. If you've got a good head on your shoulders and a willingness to learn, we'll train you up!
FULL TIME Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm + potential for overtime hours
Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of machines, metal, and making cool stuff? We're on the hunt for a sharp, reliable, and motivated individual to join our machine shop team.
No experience? No problem. If you've got a good eye for detail, basic math and computer skills, and a drive to learn, we'll train you up. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and start building a real career in manufacturing and machining.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deburring and finishing machined metal parts using hand tools and finishing equipment
  • Performing basic assembly of machined components following shop work instructions
  • Following work processes for finishing metal parts to make sure everything meets quality standards
  • Using basic computer systems to track parts, input production data, and complete forms
  • Assisting with material handling, including operating a forklift (training provided if needed)
  • Occasionally driving a company delivery van to transport parts or materials locally
  • Keeping the shop clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
  • Starting your training toward becoming a machine operator and learning the tech that powers modern machining
