Is 40 too old for cyber security?

Age is not a barrier to becoming a Manager in Linux Security or any cybersecurity role. Many professionals successfully transition into cybersecurity later in their careers by gaining relevant skills, certifications like CISSP or CompTIA Security+, and hands-on experience. Employers value skills and knowledge over age, and continuous learning is common in the field.
