Are you the technician everyone calls when they can't figure out the problem?
Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team as an HVAC Warranty Technician. This role is focused on diagnosing and resolving warranty-related issues on recently installed HVAC systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned technician who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and using their technical knowledge every day without the physical demands of a traditional installation position.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to warranty and callback requests on newly installed HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues
  • Verify system performance and installation quality
  • Communicate findings and solutions with homeowners professionally
  • Document repairs and warranty work accurately
  • Help identify trends and opportunities to improve installation quality
