PAY: $16.00 per hour
HOURS: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm

Position Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the School-Age Childcare Lead to facilitate hands-on activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum, tailored to the unique needs and interests of the children.
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents and family members through the Playground App, ensuring transparency and engagement in their child's daily experiences.
  • Cultivating positive adult-child interactions utilizing the CLASS method, fostering an environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Supporting the education, health, welfare, and safety of classroom members and the entire center community by adhering to ECERS/ITERS standards and protocols.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
  • Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
