The Digital Learning & Development Specialist supports the design, production, execution, and continuous improvement of practical AI learning content across the firm. This role is focused on translating real use cases into engaging digital learning experiences, including videos, demonstrations, job aids, quick-reference resources, communication materials, and scalable training content that helps employees apply AI in day-to-day workflows.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and AI Operations, the Specialist will package AI knowledge into clear, actionable materials that can be delivered across the firm. This role requires a flexible, detail-oriented team player who can synthesize complex information, produce polished materials quickly, and operate comfortably in a fast-evolving environment.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Develop workflow-based AI learning content aligned to the firm's priority AI workflows, including coding, auditing, document processing, document generation, custom tools, and other internal AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate real case examples into step-by-step demos, scenarios, templates, prompting guides, checklists, job aids, and other practical resources for the median user.
  • Design and produce scalable digital learning experiences, including short-form video demos, recorded walkthroughs, interactive or scenario-based modules where applicable, quick-reference materials, and polished materials for live sessions.
  • Support live learning experiences by creating slides, demos, exercises, facilitator resources, participant materials, and post-session follow-up resources for workshops, webinars, and forums.

  • Support the AI learning communication and socialization plan by drafting and formatting training invitations, reminders, recap messages, champion toolkits, follow-up notes, and other adoption-support materials.
  • Support integration of AI content into existing L&D programs such as AG Foundations, Writing at AG, Case Team Management, Client Management, and QC and Audit.
  • Maintain and organize AI learning resources in the LMS, SharePoint, or other firm platforms; support version control, content lifecycle management, searchability, and ease of access.
  • Gather feedback on training effectiveness, user experience, and content clarity; iterate on materials based on learner feedback, adoption patterns, evolving AI tools, and workflow changes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience creating digital learning or practical training content in a corporate, professional services, consulting, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex or unstructured information and translate it into clear, concise, user-friendly content.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with strong attention to clarity, flow, usability, and audience readiness.
  • Experience developing video-based learning, recorded walkthroughs, job aids, quick-reference materials, structured modular content, or scenario-based learning.
  • Proficiency with digital learning, video, or content creation tools such as Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Loom, Adobe, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, SharePoint, internal knowledge hubs, or content management processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts, consultants, and technical teams to extract insights and turn them into teachable content.
  • Proven organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Harvey, custom GPTs, or other approved AI tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to change management, adoption-focused initiatives, communication plans, or employee-led knowledge-sharing content is a plus.
