Job Purpose
Location: Delmont, PA
Multiple Shifts
Pay: $21.83 an hour, plus shift differential
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality products by operating press equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.
Principal Accountabilities
  • Safely operate press equipment to support daily production
  • Set up and prepare molds by:
  • Cleaning (scraping/vacuuming)
  • Applying mold release
  • Loading and leveling molds
  • Use overhead cranes and scales to move materials
  • Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO), including materials and step-by-step instructions
  • Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications
  • Operate additional equipment such as press saws, as needed
  • Use a forklift to move and stage materials (training/certification required)
  • Keep your work area clean and organized (5S / housekeeping)
  • Enter basic production information into the system (Movex)
  • Stay on schedule and help meet production goals

  • Ability to use basic measurement tools
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Forklift and/or saw operation experience, a plus
