Vice President of Human Resources
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources with a proven track record of executive HR leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organizational strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance, with the ability to align human capital strategies to overall business objectives. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals and long-term organizational strategy.
  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies that support growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, mitigating organizational risk.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to support business transformation, change management, and organizational design initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior leadership or executive HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Experience leading organizational change, talent development, and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging HR data and metrics.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
Salary: Starting at $140,000+ based on experience
