Join us as a Senior Learning Experience Designer to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact on our team onsite in Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton/Franklin, Massachusetts.
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will design modern, learner-centric solutions that combine design mastery, learning science, advanced AI capabilities, and cutting-edge tools to deliver impactful experiences. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
We are especially interested in candidates who bring advanced AI fluency, curiosity for emerging technology, and a demonstrated ability to build innovative solutions - including AI-enabled workflows or agents - that improve learning design and learner impact.

You will design and deliver sophisticated learning experiences that are inclusive, intuitive, and visually compelling. Applying user-focused design principles, adult learning theory, emerging technologies, and advanced AI, you will help shape the future of learning at Dell Technologies. Bring an innovative mindset, continuously identifying new ways to elevate learner impact through emerging technologies and creative problem-solving.
You will:
  • Design and develop polished, cohesive learning experiences by applying visual design principles (color, typography, layout), accessibility standards, and user experience best practices to create engaging, branded experiences.
  • Explore and apply AI-powered workflows to increase speed, quality, personalization, and innovation in learning design.
  • Design, test, and refine AI-enabled learning solutions, and contribute to the development of intelligent assistants or agents that support learning experiences or design productivity.
  • Use iterative design and rapid prototyping to clarify requirements and adapt solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Lead design and development of complex projects - partnering with Curriculum Managers and stakeholders to ensure design execution aligns with strategy and objectives.

  • Proven experience designing modern learning experiences that leverage technology to create meaningful, learner-centered interactions that enhance understanding and retention.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and cognitive science.
  • Expertise in authoring tools and platforms: Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Advanced fluency using AI tools to accelerate design, content development, analysis, or learner experience creation.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI thoughtfully and responsibly in a professional setting to support design research, content generation, rapid prototyping, or personalization at scale.

Desirable Requirements
  • Experience building, configuring, or prototyping AI agents, assistants, automations, or other intelligent workflows.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $107,100. - $138,600.
