As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will design modern, learner-centric solutions that combine design mastery, learning science, and cutting-edge tools to deliver impactful experiences. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

 

What you'll achieve
You will design and deliver sophisticated learning experiences that are inclusive, intuitive, and visually compelling. Leveraging human-centered design principles, adult learning theory, and emerging technologies, you will help shape the future of learning at Dell Technologies.

 

You will:

  • Design polished, cohesive learning experiences aligned with accessibility, UX, and visual design best practices.
  • Apply human-centered design principles, empathy mapping, and learner personas to deeply understand needs. Apply visual design principles (color, typography, layout) to create engaging, branded experiences.
  • Use iterative design and rapid prototyping to clarify requirements and adapt solutions. Lead design aspects of complex projects and mentor other designers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS/LXP systems.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers and stakeholders to ensure design execution aligns with strategy and objectives and actively engage in feedback-rich environments and present solutions with clarity and confidence.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience designing modern, technology-enabled learning experiences with strong visual design aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and cognitive science.
  • Expertise in authoring tools and platforms (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/LXP systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present confidently.
  • Portfolio required showcasing visually compelling learning experiences and creative design solutions.

 

 Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and data-driven design approaches.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Articulate Storyline JavaScript API - knowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI standards

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $107,100. - $138,600.
