The Talent Development Training Manager - Health, Safety & Facility Serviceswill be responsible forleading training strategy,prioritization, andprogramoversight for EllisDon's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)and Facility Services groups.

This role ensures training initiatives are aligned to operational and regulatory needs whileremainingconsistent with theorganisation'sbroader Talent Development standards. Health and safety experience is valued but notrequired.

You as a Manager, Talent Development will :

  • Serve as the primary Talent Development point of contact for HSE and Facility Services leaders.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand operational, regulatory, and workforce priorities.

  • Support and develop Talent Development Program managers to translatebusinessneeds into clear training priorities andprogramplans.

  • Lead and support a team delivering training initiatives within these streams.

  • Manageprogramdemand, capacity, andprioritisation.

  • Overseeprogramhealth, effectiveness, and reporting to senior leaders.

  • Ensure alignment withenterprise training development cycle and brandstandards while meetingspecialisedneeds.

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Development and People & Culture teams.

Is this the right role for you?

  • 3-5 years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated experience leading training, learning, or capability-building initiatives within complex or fast-paced environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior and executive leaders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs or initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Health, safety, or operational experience is considered a strong asset.

  • The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.
