Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Fulfillment Center Operations Manager supports QVC, and is responsible for inbound or outbound operations. You will maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, as well as the hiring and development of management and hourly teams. You will support the team on day shift. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes.
  • Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly team members.
  • Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy.
  • Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
  • Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse.
  • Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights to improve WMS effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience.
  • Experience developing and managing 30+ team members.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
  • Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.
