Job Title: HR Manager
Client: Intellect Solutions (Internal)
Location: Vienna, VA (Tysons Corner area) - Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote per week)
Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy development to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain open communication channels.

Performance Management
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs, goals, and employee development plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
