Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hourShift:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday), Flexible Scheduling: Warehouse operations may require associates to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime

What’s a typical day as Kitting Associate? You’ll be:
  • Assembling kits according to work instructions, ensuring all components are included and packaged correctly for customer orders
  • Assembling LED lights for use in physical assessment medical devices
  • Verifying kit accuracy and completeness against bills of materials and documentation
  • Packing and labeling kits according to standard operating procedures and quality requirements
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
  • Conducting inventory audits and identifying discrepancies or shortages
  • Inspecting components for defects, following quality control measures, and reporting non-conformances
  • Maintaining records of kit assembly, inventory, and quality control activities
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Communicating effectively with manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (additional training in inventory management or quality control is a plus)
  • Possess experience in kitting, assembly, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare environment
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Are able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Are comfortable with basic computer skills, including inventory software and email
  • Can meet physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive motions, and use of manual dexterity for small parts
  • Can adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE
