Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Irrigation Laborer to join our field crew. This is an entry-level, hands-on position with strong growth potential.
You will begin by assisting with daily irrigation installations and repairs. After approximately 6 months to one year of proven performance, dependable employees may have the opportunity to train as a Jr Technician, completing work orders and become a Jr Sales Technician conducting customer consultations, designing irrigation systems, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with digging trenches and installing new systems
  • Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic irrigation issues under crew leader guidance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely
  • Interact professionally with customers and team members

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
    (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, digging)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to shop and job sites
  • Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in landscaping, construction, plumbing, or irrigation
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
