Job description

Lawn Irrigation Service Technician

At Horizon Landscape, our irrigation technicians aren't just repair people, they're the face of our service relationship with clients. When you arrive at a property, clients trust that you'll listen, diagnose accurately, and deliver a result they feel confident about. That takes both technical expertise and genuine professionalism, and it's exactly what we're looking for.

In this full-time, field-based role, you'll handle everything from new system installations and upgrades to routine maintenance and emergency repairs. Day to day, that means diagnosing and repairing sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, replacing heads, valves, controllers, and wiring, applying knowledge of plumbing, hydraulics, and electrical systems, conducting detailed inspections, and performing seasonal winterization. You'll work independently and manage your own service route.

We're looking for someone with solid irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting instincts, and communication skills to explain findings and recommendations clearly to clients. You take ownership of your work and your client relationships. Horizon Landscape has been building its reputation for 50 years on the strength of people like this. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
