Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Intimate Partner Violence program. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our IPV program. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our program is evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring that our program meets the needs of survivors of IPV and their families, and that we are making a meaningful impact in our community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the field of IPV
  • Experience working with survivors of IPV and their families
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse communities and populations
  • Experience with grant writing and management
  • Experience with program evaluation and quality improvement
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IPV program that is evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of experts in the field of IPV
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure that our program is meeting the needs of survivors of IPV and their families
  • Develop and maintain program budgets, grant proposals, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
