Job Description: Seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of executive-level field marketing programs and events. This hands-on individual contributor will manage intimate executive experiences while partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional event experiences that support business objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of executive dinners, hospitality events, and VIP experiences.
  • Manage logistics for high-profile executive events, including hospitality suites and customer engagements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and external agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing and sales to deliver successful field programs.
  • Support larger-scale marketing events as business needs evolve.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and event logistics from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Travel domestically as needed (up to 25%) to support events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of hands-on field marketing and event marketing experience.
  • Strong experience managing intimate executive events and VIP customer experiences.
  • Must have experience working in B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Must have strong recent experience in executive event marketing events
  • Experience at both early-stage/high-growth technology companies and larger enterprise technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with event management platforms (Swoogo preferred; Cvent, Splash, or similar accepted).
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and event agencies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Based in the New York City area and able to work onsite approximately two days per week.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
  • Demonstrated career stability with strong tenure in previous roles.
  • Passion for responsible and safe AI development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Swoogo.
  • Experience using Slack and AI productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale field marketing programs in addition to executive events.
