Job description

Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient mechanical skills, proficient PC skills, including Internet; information technology related to sales and service of hydraulic parts; demonstrated supervisory skills; visual and auditory skills; ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, climb, and lift items weighing 50 lbs. or less.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities

Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the manufacturing department; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Essential Duties

  1. Performs a variety of duties to support the machine/repair function as follows:
  1. Operate CNC mill or lathe.
  2. Understand basic programming to adjust machine.
  3. Measure parts with calipers and/or micrometers to ensure they are within tolerance.
  4. Read blueprints.
  5. Complete tool changes and different set ups.
  1. Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
  1. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place.
  1. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  1. Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate personnel.
  1. Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.


First Shift Mon-Friday OR Weekend Shift 5 AM Friday 3 12-hour shifts.

Compensation details: 26-30 Hourly Wage
