This is an in-office position.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals and firm objectives.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing clear communication, regular updates, and strategic advice.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a minimum of five years in the field.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.
  • Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective dialogue with clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Ability to represent clients confidently in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies.
  • Any other languages (Preferred).


License/Certification:

  • Bar (Required).
