Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Blue Prism Technical Lead to drive their RPA initiatives. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Blue Prism solutions while managing the end-to-end RPA lifecycle and optimizing bot performance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead design, development, and deployment of Blue Prism solutions
• Architect scalable RPA frameworks and reusable components
• Translate business requirements into automation workflows
• Manage end-to-end RPA lifecycle (DEV → UAT → PROD)
• Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms
• Optimize BOT performance and ensure high availability
• Oversee production support, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Manage Control Room, scheduling, and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance policies
• Drive automation CoE initiatives and innovation (AI/ML, OCR)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Track ROI, KPIs, and business impact metrics
• Lead Agile ceremonies and mentor development teams
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism
• Expertise in Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room
• Experience with APIs, SQL, Excel, Web/Desktop automation
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git/SVN)
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle & frameworks
• Experience in process optimization and automation strategy
• Strong stakeholder management & communication
Preferred:
• Exposure to intelligent automation (OCR/AI/ML)
