Job description

Job Summary:
Gladstone Wealth Partners is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to provide centralized operational leadership across advisor recruiting, onboarding, and transition processes.
This role owns the systems, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination that underpin a consistent, high-quality advisor experience from first conversation through full onboarding. The ideal candidate understands the independent advisor lifecycle and excels at building scalable, disciplined processes that enable advisor-facing teams to operate at their best.
Growth & Recruiting Operations
• Support advisor recruiting initiatives through structured process management and follow-through
• Ensure consistent, professional experience for prospective advisors
• Coordinate preparation, materials, and next steps for advisor recruiting conversations
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and transition timelines
• Partner with leadership and recruiting teams to ensure execution aligns with growth strategy
Onboarding Process Management
• Own the end-to-end onboarding workflow across all advisors
• Ensure all required steps, approvals, and milestones are completed consistently
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delays
• Coordinate onboarding activity across Compliance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and custodians
• Allow onboarding specialists to focus exclusively on advisor-facing support
CRM, Reporting, and Dashboards
• Own CRM maintenance and data integrity for recruiting and onboarding activity
• Track and report KPIs including pipeline health, onboarding timelines, volume, and conversion metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility for leadership
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Process Governance and Continuous Improvement
• Document and maintain recruiting and onboarding SOPs
• Ensure process adherence and operational discipline
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, simplification, and automation
• Reduce rework and downstream operational issues
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as a central point of coordination for growth- and onboarding-related initiatives
• Drive accountability and timelines across departments
• Support advisor events, summits, and recruiting initiatives as needed
Required
• 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, growth operations, onboarding operations, or project management
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Redtail, Salentica, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services
• Familiarity with advisor recruiting, advisor transitions, or independent advisor
models
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
• Experience building dashboards and operational metrics
