Job description

About Seismic
Seismic is a boutique creator sponsorship agency that builds high-performance campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, podcast, and emerging-channel platforms for some of the world's most active digital advertisers. We operate at the intersection of brand strategy, creator relationships, and campaign performance, with a track record of compounding revenue through long-term creator partnerships.
About the Role
We're hiring an Account Manager to own forecasted revenue, associated relationships, and operational delivery for a defined brand portfolio. This is a revenue-accountable role; you manage brands to forecast revenue, coordinate onboarding and long-term growth, and own the renewal outcome for every brand in your book. You'll inherit a pod of established brands and build them into a self-sustaining portfolio.
You'll work closely with:
  • Brand Leads (brand strategy)
  • Talent & Campaign Planning (TCP) (creator sourcing + negotiation)
  • Campaign Managers (activation + execution)

We are a remote-friendly team with offices in Oakland, CA. This is a full-time position with an anticipated base salary range of $60k - $75k, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors including candidate experience and internal equity.
We are currently only able to consider candidates with legal residence in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
Responsibilities
  • Own revenue target for your assigned brand portfolio; track against forecast monthly, flag risk 60-90 days before it materializes, and lead corrective action when necessary
  • Receive and manage new brands as your portfolio grows; coordinate capacity oriented timelines
  • Execute the onboarding process for new brands
  • Own the renewal cycle for every brand in your portfolio
  • Serve as the day-to-day Seismic contact for your portfolio brands
  • Surface optimization opportunities on live campaigns & catch underperformance early while content is still generating views
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines

Requirements
  • Required
    • 3+ years in account management, client services, or influencer/creator marketing
    • Experience in a role where you owned a client relationship and were accountable for a revenue or retention outcome, not just project delivery
    • Demonstrated comfort with performance data; you can read campaign metrics and translate that into meaningful conversation
    • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously without losing detail or dropping timelines
    • Strong cross-functional collaborator; clear, proactive communicator
  • Helpful but Not Required
    • Experience in creator sponsorships, influencer marketing, or YouTube/podcast advertising specifically
    • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPV, conversion rate, ROAS) in a direct-response or brand performance context
    • Experience working at a boutique agency or in a high-ownership, low-overhead environment

Success Metrics
  • Brand portfolio delivery vs forecast
  • Campaigns launch on time and run smoothly
  • Campaign launch timelines (60-90 days) are maintained
  • Strong coordination across TCP and CM teams
  • High client satisfaction and retention
  • Efficient campaign delivery with minimal rework
