  • Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct time studies, work measurements, and detailed process observations to uncover improvement opportunities in labor utilization and workflow.
  • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Assist with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve safety, product quality, delivery performance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Create process flow maps, workstation layouts, visual work instructions, and production documentation to support optimized manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor production performance and prepare reports related to key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of new equipment, tooling, manufacturing methods, and workflow improvements, ensuring smooth integration into existing processes.
  • Partner with production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and remove barriers to performance.
  • Maintain accurate engineering records and technical documentation to support traceability and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all assigned activities.
