What is a manager incentive travel?

A Manager Incentive Travel professional is responsible for designing, organizing, and managing travel programs that reward and motivate employees, usually managers, for outstanding performance. These professionals work closely with corporate clients to plan incentive trips, handle logistics, and ensure that travel experiences align with company goals and budgets. They coordinate with travel agencies, vendors, and hotels, and manage all aspects of the trip, from initial planning to execution and post-trip evaluations. Their work is key in enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and retention through memorable travel experiences.
