The Impact You'll Make

As a Car Wash Manager in Training, you'll learn how to lead a high-performing team while driving sales growth for our car wash memberships and services. You'll master the art of creating a memorable guest experience and hitting ambitious sales targets while you prepare to take the driver's seat as a full Site Manager. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, team morale, and business growth.


What You'll Do

  • Learn and master all operational procedures, including opening/closing, equipment checks, and inventory control.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.
  • Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Support in leading, coaching, and inspiring to deliver top-tier service.
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep our wash running at peak efficiency.
